Ushtrasana is also known as the camel pose. You have to sit on the floor with your knees bent. Your knees should be slightly apart. Repeat this yoga pose at least five times a day.
It is also known as the cow pose, and it should be performed in the evening to get the best results. You have to sit erect on the floor. Try to place your left leg on top of your right thigh and the right leg beneath your buttocks. Now bend your right hand over your shoulder and left hand behind. Join the hands together and hold the position for 60 seconds. It helps to increase your torso muscles and thus increases your breast size.
